British Council Scholarship for Women in Stem Qualifications
Here are the qualifications expected of each and everyone willing and ready for this scholarship.
- Identify as a woman (cis-gender or trans) or non-binary
- Be a passport holder and permanent resident of an eligible country
- Hold an undergraduate degree relevant to the chosen postgraduate programme
- Demonstrate financial need
- Have not previously studied or lived in the UK at degree level or higher
- Not be receiving financial support from other sources
- Meet the English language requirements of the selected programme
- Commit to returning to their home country for at least two years after completing their studies
- Show engagement in STEM-related work, research, or initiatives
- Demonstrate a plan to inspire and support other women in STEM
- Agree to share personal data with the British Council and act as an ambassador for the programme
