The scholarship program is open to women and individuals who identify as women, residing in British Columbia. Applicants must demonstrate dedication, commitment, and potential in the culinary, beverage, or hospitality fields.
It is organized by the British Columbia chapter of Les Dames d’Escoffier International, a non-profit organization comprised of women leaders in BC’s hospitality, food, and beverage industries. It is dedicated to inspiring, empowering, and supporting women in the community today while nurturing the next generation of female leaders.
Qualified persons are entitled to $250 - $10,000 (re- imbursement based) as they continue in the programme which will be taken in Canada.

Preceding the application are these qualifications expected of each and everyone willing and ready to be a part of the Les Dames d’Escoffier, BC Scholarships Program, which will be taken in Canada.
- Open to women and individuals who identify as women.
- Must be a BC resident.
- Previous recipients may reapply, depending on circumstances.
- If a prior application was unsuccessful, candidates are encouraged to apply again.
