Georgius-Agricola Scholarships in Germany Qualifications

Here are the qualifications expected of each and everyone willing and ready to take part in this scholarship programme.

  1. Be an international student at Leipzig University with residency status under §16 AufenthG.
  2. Undertake an internship in Saxony between October and December 2024 (minimum 4 weeks). The internship may extend beyond this period.
  3. Be fully enrolled and not on semester leave.
  4. Maintain (very) good academic grades.
  5. Ensure that the internship company provides a minimum remuneration of €150 per month.
  6. Current Enrollment Certificate
  7. Internship Contract: Must include start and end dates, work location, and remuneration details. If remuneration is not stated in the contract, a written confirmation from the company is required.
  8. German Language Certificate (minimum A1 level)
  9. Transcript of Records: Obtainable from the examination office or AlmaWeb (if grades are fully recorded).
  10. Copy of Passport and Residence Permit
  11. Curriculum Vitae (CV): Tabular format, maximum two pages.
