How to Prepare Ekpang Nkukwo 

After you must known what Ekpang Nkukwo is, the ingredients and other fact about it, you can nkw proceed to acquire the knowledge on its preparation.
  • Peel, wash and grate (scrub on a grater)
  • Wash the tender yellow yam leaves
  • Cut the leaves and put a little portion of the grated yellow yam into it and wrap
  • Put it into a pot, with a measured quantity of palm oil, with fish, crayfish and ingredients included, at the base.
  • Add measured quantity of water
  • Place it on fire.
  • After boiling has commenced and us ongoing, stir with a spoon, to mix well
  • Allow to boil again 
  • When it is done take it down from the fire 
Note: Ikpong and Nsad Iyak are the ibibio meanings of the English words before them.
