Why is it called Coconut Rice?

Now from the name, it is self defined which means you should be able to understand it, but for emphasis, it is called Coconut Rice because fluids from grated coconut is been used in preparing this dish.

  • Add water
  • Parboil your rice
  • Filter the fluid from the grated coconut into the filtered parboiled rice
  • Place it on the fire
  • Allow to boil
  • Add the remaining Ingredients
  • Allow to get dry
