What is a Polytechnic

Just as it prefix “Poly”  which stand for many, a polytechnic is a tertiary institution where diverse academic programmes are been taught. They offer National Diploma (ND) and Higher National Diploma (HND), the former is a one year 2 year programme which is accurately a 4 semester programme, while the later is a year programme which is accurately 2 semester programme.
